2018 Starmont (by Merryvale) Cabernet, North Coast
Merryvale's second label, Starmont, became so popular they ended up building a winery solely dedicated to it! This wine has so much depth to it for the price point but retains an element of elegance as well. Dark fruit and chocolaty aromas burst from the glass. Very compelling...

2019 Aerena (by Blackbird) Cabernet, Lake County
Sadly, I'm told this will likely be the last vintage of Aerena as the winery (Blackbird) takes their business in another, higher end, direction. It's too bad, because this wine was so affordable but definitely scratched that Cabernet itch. Scoop some up while you can!

2018 Arrowood Cabernet, Sonoma County
Arrowood's been around a while. Started in 1986 by Richard Arrowood, the winery is located just west of the Mayacamus Ridge where Cabernet just thrives. We've been pouring this one by the glass for a little while and people are loving it! Really versatile, this Cab is at home with a burger or all on its own!
