If you don't know the wines of Favia Erickson (or least know of them), let me educate you on one of the greatest wineries in Napa Valley. It is the eponymous winery created by viticulturalist (she tends the vineyards) Annie Favia and her winemaker (you know this one) husband, Andy Erickson. If Andy's name sounds familiar, it's because he probably has the most impressive resume of anyone in Napa Valley - Screaming Eagle, Harlan, Staglin, Dalle Vale, To Kalon, Alpha Omega and more. Located in Coombsville, they've been crafting amazing wines that are, somehow, still a bit under the radar of most consumers. But the reviewers know them. And love them. Talk about CRAZY scores! We're going to taste some AMAZING wines. No one in the world will be tasting the kinds of wines we'll be tasting that night.
